Nearly 30 Years. One Standard.
Wiggy's opened its doors in 1996 on Noblestown Road, right where Crafton runs into Greentree in Pittsburgh's West End — the kind of small strip-mall spot you'd drive past a hundred times before a friend finally told you to stop in.
The formula hasn't changed since: counter service, a menu board, too many TVs for a room that size, and a kitchen that has never stopped doing things the slow way — wings that are fresh, never frozen, and sauces made in-house, order after order.
That foundation is exactly what's carrying Wiggy's beyond the West End — the same wings, the same 100 sauces, and the same Wing Night ritual, heading to new neighborhoods up and down the East Coast and Midwest.
